I guarantee all items I ship. Returns are accepted if you contact me within 7 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items – please contact me prior to shipping for shipping instructions. And, in the rare case there is a problem with something I ship, please contact me and give me the chance to straighten it out before leaving negative feedback. (A sign of a good seller is one who straightens out problems if any exist.)
Please note that this does not apply to CD plastic jewel cases. CDs are shipped in bubble wrap envelopes, but occasionally they get mishandled along the way and can crack. I will list any defects to the jewel case (that exist prior to shipping) for sealed CDs in my description above – typically I replace the jewel cases with new ones for all used CDs prior to shipping (save for digipak cases and odd-shaped cases).
